We are certainly hearing a lot of Leaf Blowers out there every day as our annual ‘battle with the leaves is in full gear. You can’t miss the beauty of the leaf colour changes all around us, but I can honestly say if you missed the LASHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on the Thanksgiving weekend, you missed a beauty! We would like to thank both Chuck Stradling and Dave Brunelle who attended to address the attending members and answer all the tough questions. The AGM actually went into ‘overtime’ as the group was very engaged in what both Chuck and Dave had to say! For those who attended, we extend our sincerest thank you, and we hope you plan to tell all your neighbours about what they are missing by not joining their local Homeowners Association.

The municipal election is now upon us; you only have until October 26th to cast your vote by computer or telephone. While some of you may have already exercised you right to vote, some are still researching the candidates and/or are still having some difficulty deciding. To help you out, we are providing links to some places where you can go to get some information:
